This is our sweet potato protein waffle, giving you that same breakfast waffle experience we all love, but also providing you a nutrient and protein packed waffle for your mornings.

  • 1Pre-Heat Waffle Iron
  • 2Remove skin from Sweet potato. Microwave for 1 minute and set aside.
  • 3In a mixing bowl add the rest of the dry and then grate the sweet potato.
  • 4Add wet ingredients to form batter
  • 5Coat Waffle Iron (Once pre-heated) with cooking spray and drop batter. Cook Until All waffle batter is used.
