  • 1Slice chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  • 2Salt and pepper both sites of each chicken breast.
  • 3Place a pan over medium heat and spray with olive oil.
  • 4Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden on the bottom, before turning and repeating until cooked through.
  • 5Remove chicken from the pan and set aside, covered to keep warm.
