Directions:
1Combine pineapple, onion, red bell pepper, jalapeños and lemon juice.
2Stir to combine and set aside.
3Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
4Spray pan with olive oil.
5Sprinkle salt, chili powder and black pepper over the salmon steaks.
6Place salmon into pan (skin side down) and sear each side for approximately 4 minutes or until skin changes color.
7Remove from pan and serve with pineapple mixture laid on top.
