SERVING DETAILS:

  • Servings: Per Strawberry (If you make 8)
  • Serving Size: 39.25g

Directions:

  • 1Combine all dry into a bowl.
  • 2Mix in yogurt to form a protein pudding.
  • 3Get a sheet of wax paper and lie it on a kitchen table.
  • 4Dip Strawberries in protein pudding, and drop on wax paper.
  • 5Rinse/Repeat until all pudding/strawberries have been used.
  • 6Allow to sit in fridge for 2-3 hours to harden.
  • 7Enjoy
